Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
500 g cooked chicken
2 onions, sliced
1 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 cups cabbage, thin sliced
1 pkt Watties Korma curry sauce
½ cup water as required
2 tbsp peanut oil

Directions

Fry onions over a medium heat until soft then set aside. Fry the cabbage quickly then remove pan from heat. Add all the ingredients together, including SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and mix well. Simmer 20-25 minutes. Add cayenne pepper to spice it up. Garnish to your taste.
