Ingredients

400 g New Zealand lamb mince
1 onion, fine chopped
1 clove garlic, fine chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 fresh burger buns, lightly toasted
1 tomato, sliced
salad leaves
4 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tbsp SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
rice bran oil for frying

Directions

Wash hands and mix mince, onion, garlic, SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE, herbs and sweet chilli sauce until they are well combined. Make 4 even sized patties. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of SIDS CRAZY SALT on each pattie. Heat oil in a large pan and cook patties for 2-3 minutes each side. Assemble the burgers in the buns with patties, salad, tomatoes, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE to taste.
