Ingredients
3 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
4-6 New Zealand grown Lamb Chops
Directions
Put the lamb chops and the SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE into a bag and seal. Toss to coat the chops with the sauce. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pan fry the chops on a high heat or grill, turning every 15 seconds.
Serve with mashed potatoes & pumpkin.
