Ingredients

15 lamb chops
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp garlic powder, to taste
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp white sugar
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp rice bran oil
GARNISH:--
¼ cup coriander
2 lime wedges
2 lemon wedges

Directions

Blitz together all the ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY LEMON, except the lamb and the garnish. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and cover both sides with marinade. Cover with cling-film and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the pan from the fridge and discard the cling-wrap. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Stand the lamb at room temperature while the oven heats.
Roast, uncovered, in the oven for about 20 minutes for medium. Garnish with coriander, lemon and lime juice before serving.
