Ingredients

15 lamb chops
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp garlic powder, to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp white sugar
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp rice bran oil
GARNISH:--
¼ cup coriander
2 lime wedges
2 lemon wedges

Directions

Blitz together all the ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY LEMON, except the lamb and the garnish. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and cover both sides with marinade. Cover with cling-film and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the pan from the fridge and discard the cling-wrap. Preheat the oven to 200oC. Allow the lamb to stand at room temperature while the oven heats.
Roast, uncovered, in the oven for about 20 minutes for medium. Garnish with coriander, lemon and lime juice before serving.
