Ingredients

500 g mince
½ cup gluten free breadcrumbs
½ tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp garlic, minced
10 bamboo skewers, soaked

Directions

Combine all the ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY LEMON and mix well. Divide into 10 portions and shape to resemble a sausage. Slide skewers in longways and refrigerate for ½ hour. Grill 8-10 minutes until cooked, turning every 15 seconds.
