Ingredients
4 lamb shoulder chops
6 garlic cloves
15 g fresh rosemary
2 tbsp oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Chop garlic and fresh rosemary, combine with SIDS CRAZY SALT, oil, SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a large ziplock bag.
Add lamb shoulder chops into the seasoning and leave it to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the frypan on high heat. Remove chops from the marinade and add them to the pan. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side.
Let chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
