Ingredients
1 kg New Zealand Lamb leg steaks
300 g sweet chilli sauce
½ cup chicken stock
¼ cup Tuimato sauce
2 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
Directions
Arrange steaks in a single layer in a shallow dish. Pour over the sweet chilli sauce mixed with SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE then turn chops to cover with the marinade. Cover and leave to marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the fridge. Brush off excess marinade and reserve.
BBQ or grill under a moderate heat for 25 minutes until tender, turning once. Place the reserved sauce in a pan with the stock and tomato sauce. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Serve the sauce hot or cold.
