Ingredients
280 g mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp mint, chopped
12 spring roll sheets
Rice bran oil, for frying
Egg wash, for sealing
Directions
Shred the cheese, chop the mint. Place in a bowl and add in the sesame seeds and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Mix together to blend well.
Place a full tablespoon of the cheese mix onto each spring roll sheet, rub the edges with some egg wash, then wrap like fish 'n' chips.
Heat the oil to medium-high and fry the spring rolls until they are golden. Typically not more than 3-5 minutes.
Remove and drain on a paper towel and serve while it's warm.
