Ingredients

2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
4 sausages
4 cloves garlic
½ cup pistachio nuts
2 slices ham
½ cup grated tasty cheese
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp chilli flakes
milk

Directions

Preheat Oven to 180°C.
Peal the skin from the sausages (discard the skin) then put in a food processor. Add the garlic, nuts, SIDS CRAZY SALT and spices then blitz.
On a greased oven tray lay down sheet of pasty and spoon the sausage mix in a line approximately 3-4 cm thick down the length of one side of the pastry sheet. Top with the ham slice and cheese.
Roll the opposite side ontop of the ingredients (like a sausage roll should look). With the overlap you can use a little water on a brush or your finger to seal it together.
With a knife score the surface of the pastry to aid with cooking. To aid the pastry browning, brush the top with a little milk.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven once pastry is lightly brown.
