Leg of Lamb (The Easy Way)

Leg of Lamb is the best way to really fancy up your dinner with very little effort. Despite its impressive appearance, it's actually quite simple to make.

Ingredients

3 kg leg of lamb
1 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
4 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp herbs, garnish

Directions

In a small bowl, create a dry rub by combining SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB, chopped rosemary and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Poke holes throughout the top of the lamb and stuff them with whole garlic cloves.
Generously rub all sides with spice rub.
Place the leg in a baking dish.
Bake at 175°C for 90 minutes.
During the last 20 minutes, cover the lamb with foil or a lid. Leg of lamb is fully cooked when the internal temperature reads 60°C.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
