Ingredients
3 kg leg of lamb
1 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
4 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp herbs, garnish
Directions
In a small bowl, create a dry rub by combining SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB, chopped rosemary and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Poke holes throughout the top of the lamb and stuff them with whole garlic cloves.
Generously rub all sides with spice rub.
Place the leg in a baking dish.
Bake at 175°C for 90 minutes.
During the last 20 minutes, cover the lamb with foil or a lid. Leg of lamb is fully cooked when the internal temperature reads 60°C.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
