Ingredients
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ cup spring onions, thin sliced
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
500 g crab meat
4 top-split buns
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 leaves Cos lettuce
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, lemon zest & juice, SIDS CRAZY SALT, spring onions, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Gently fold in crab meat until just combined.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush sides of buns with melted butter and cook until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
Line each roll with 1 lettuce leaf and spoon in crab mixture. Sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and serve with lemon wedges.
