Ingredients

2 whole trout
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 lemons
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
parsley
dill
1 tbsp SIDS LEMON THYME & MUSTARD OIL

Directions

Slice lemon into thin rings.
At this point, decide if you'd like to cook the trout with our without the bone. (this is all based on your preference)
Next, generously season the fish inside and out with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Place the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Stuff the inside of the fish with a layer of thin lemon slices and a layer of herbs. Preheat oven to 175°C.
Lightly drizzle SIDS LEMON THYME & MUSTARD OIL over the top of the fish, then sprinkle on some SIDS CRAZY LEMON followed by another layer of lemon slices.
Bake fish in oven for 15 minutes. Next, turn the oven to a high-grill and cook the fish until it lightly browns. (about 2 minutes)
Seasoned trout with lemon and herbs.
Serve the fish hot or chill it in the fridge and serve it cold. Enjoy!
