Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 kg cod fillets
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add fillets and squeeze ½ of the lemon juice over the tops. Sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON to taste. Cook for 4 minutes and turn. Drizzle with the remaining lemon juice and sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON to taste. Continue to cook until fillets flake easily with a fork.
Serve with chips, fried egg & mushy peas.
