Ingredients
500 g haddock fillets
½ cup butter
dill weed to taste
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
Place fish fillets in a microwave-safe dish. Cut butter into pieces and place all over fish. Sprinkle with dill and SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Drizzle fresh lemon juice all over the fish. Cover and cook on high for 3-5 minutes until the fish turns white.
Alternative: Place each fillet on a square of foil. Cut butter into pieces and place all over fish. Sprinkle with dill and SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Drizzle fresh lemon juice all over the fish. Wrap like fish 'n' chips and dry fry 5 minutes per side in a pan over medium heat. Eat straight from the foil.
