Ingredients
1 kg baking potatoes, peeled & cut into eighths
1½ cups chicken stock
½ cup rice bran oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano (fresh 2-3 tbsp)
1½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into thick wedges. Rinse well, drain.
In a 33x22 cm baking dish, mix chicken stock, oil, lemon juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, garlic, oregano and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Add potatoes and stir to coat potatoes.
Bake, uncovered for 1½ hours at 175°C. Test with fork, and cook an additional 15 minutes if needed. For best results, allow the dish to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
