Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (170 g each)
2 tsp rice bran oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 lemons, thinly sliced
Additional fresh basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C. Place salmon in a greased 23x33 cm baking pan. Drizzle with oil then sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON, lemon zest, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and 2 tablespoons basil then top with lemon slices.
Bake 15-20 minutes until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork. If desired, top with additional basil
