Ingredients
450 g ground pork
4 spring onions, thin sliced
4 cloves garlic, fine grated
2 tbsp fine grated lemongrass
1 tbsp fish sauce
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 tsp rice bran oil
Directions
In bowl, combine pork, spring onions, garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Roll 2 tbsp into balls. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil and cook meatballs, stirring occasionally, until browned and no longer pink inside, about 12 minutes.
