Ingredients

150 g linguine
2 eggs
75 g ham, thin sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp SIDS HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE

Directions

Cook the pasta as per instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, boil eggs to soft. Roll up ham and slice thinly. Drain eggs and peel. Add spring onions to the pasta, 30 seconds before the end of the cooking time then drain and return to the pan. Stir in the ham and SIDS HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE then pile onto warm serving plates. Halve the eggs and serve on top.
