Linguine with Prawns Pernod & Broccolini

Ingredients

linguine pasta for 4
olive oil
2 tsp butter
4 cloves garlic, thin sliced
500 g peeled raw prawns, rough chopped
handful of broccoli, sliced
1 tbsp Pernod
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
juice & zest of a lemon
small handful chives, fine chopped

Directions

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al denté. Drain and toss in a little olive oil then set aside.
In a frypan put a little olive oil, a shake of SIDS CRAZY LEMON and 1 tsp butter. Gently fry the garlic until soft and fragrant. Add prawns and fry until almost cooked. Add Pernod and let bubble to reduce down then stir in the remaining butter, a squeeze of lemon juice and SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
In another pan in hot olive oil, quickly fry the broccoli until crisp and slightly charred.
Add prawns to the pasta and heat up again. Fold in broccoli, add zest then season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Scatter over the chives and serve.
