Ingredients
2 cups chopped cooked crayfish or crab meat
½ cup diced celery
⅓ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
10 small brioche buns, or dinner rolls
4 tsp melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Stir lobster, celery, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, onion, parsley, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, lemon zest, lemon juice, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cayenne in a medium bowl.
Cut into the buns about halfway through. Brush tops and insides with butter and place on a baking tray. Toast for 1 minute, to make them warm but still soft.
Divide lobster mixture among buns. Serve immediately.
