Ingredients

4 crayfish tails
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
lemon quarters

Directions

Preheat oven grill to 260°C.
Place tails in an oven dish then cut the top of the shells down to the tail.
Pull apart the shells to expose the meat and remove the digestive tract.
Pour melted butter over the meat then sprinkle the mixture of paprika and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Grill until the shell is lightly brown and the meat opaque, about 5-10 minutes.
Squeeze with lemon juice then serve.
