Ingredients
1 tsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2½ cups vegetable stock
3 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup cream
3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 slices bacon, chopped & cooked
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook garlic until tender, about 2 minutes. Add vegetable stock, heavy cream, and broccoli. Bring to a boil then simmer until broccoli is tender, about 15 minutes.
Add Cheddar cheese gradually, stirring constantly, until completely melted. Stir in bacon pieces. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
