Ingredients
1½ kg halibut
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
150 g butter
4 tbsp flour
100 g onion
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Cut off the head, tail and fins. Scrape off the slime and loose scales under cold, running water. Cut the fish into slices, about as thick as your thumb is wide. Mix together flour and SIDS CRAZY SALT Coat the slices with flour mixture and fry in the hot fat until done (3-4 minutes on each side). Remove from the pan and arrange the steaks on a serving dish. Slice the onions and brown in the fat then put on top of the fish. Melt a knob of butter in the frying pan, roll it around to pick up flavours then pour over the fish. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and serve with french fries and lemon wedges.
