Ingredients
4 slices Vogels bread
1 tbsp butter
1 cup tasty cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, chopped
SIDS CRAZY SALT to taste
Directions
Turn on oven to 'grill'. Lightly toast the bread then place in a toast rack to cool. Butter the toast, ensuring the edges of the toast are well buttered. Place the 4 pieces on the grill rack. Cover with tomato then sprinkle with cheese. Season with SIDS CRAZY SALT then slide the rack under the grill. Cook until the cheese bubbles, then remove from oven and leave on the rack to cool slightly.
Place on a paper napkin on a plate and serve.
