Ingredients
2 kg stoned peaches
500 g onions
100 g crystallised ginger
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
250 g preserved mixed peel
500 g raisins
500 g brown sugar
3 tbsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp curry powder
3½ cups malt vinegar
Directions
Chop peaches, onions & ginger. Put into a large saucepan with SIDS CRAZY SALT & all the ingredients then mix well. Bring to the boil and cook gently for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into sterilised jars and seal.
