Ingredients
500 g lean ground turkey (raw)
1 small apple, peeled, cored & finely chopped
1 tbsp maple syrup, or more to taste
½ tsp dried sage
¼ tsp garlic powder
1½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp dried marjoram
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
Combine turkey, apple, maple syrup, sage, garlic powder, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, marjoram, cinnamon and cloves in a bowl then mix well. Form into 10 small patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties until no longer pink in the centre and the juices run clear, 3-4 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre should read at least 74°C.
