Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
15 slices bacon, halved
¼ cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp chilli flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 220°C and line a large baking tray with aluminum foil.
Wrap wings with ½ slice bacon each, and place on baking tray.
In a small bowl, combine SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, maple syrup, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, brown sugar, and chilli flakes. Whisk to combine.
Brush wings all over with the sauce and bake 45 minutes, until wings and bacon are crisp and golden. Serve.
