Ingredients
1 cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ cup tomato paste
1 cup fresh peaches peeled, cut in small cubes
½ cup molasses
¾ cup dark maple or golden syrup
½ cup water
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp ground mustard
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
½ tsp paprika
Directions
In a medium saucepan, add SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all of the ingredients then cook over medium heat, whisking together to dissolve any lumps. Cook until the peaches are softened and the sauce has thickened to desired consistency, about 20 minutes.
To check the thickness, transfer a small amount to a small cup and place it in the freezer until cool.
