Maple Soy Beef with Udon Noodles

Ingredients

400 g beef stirfry
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
400 g udon noodles
2 tsp peanut oil
500 g stir-fry vegetable mix
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 shallots, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Combine beef, maple syrup, soy, ginger and SIDS CRAZY SALT in a bowl then set aside.
Cook udon noodles as per packet then set aside.
Put oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry beef in batches for 2 minutes until brown to your liking. Remove from wok and set aside.
Add vegetable mix to wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender. Add beef, noodles, oyster sauce, shallots and 1 tbsp water then toss.
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
