Ingredients

4 flatbreads
½ cup pizza sauce
2 large tomatoes
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese
handful of fresh basil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 210°C
Place the flatbreads next to each other on a baking tray, making sure to leave a bit of space in between each. Spread the pizza sauce onto each flatbread.
Top with sliced tomatoes, a sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT and fresh mozzarella cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and a bit bubbly. Sprinkle rough chopped basil on top. Serve warm and enjoy.
