Ingredients
1 kg carrots, sliced
¼ cup sugar
½ cup rice bran oil
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 small can tomato soup
1 diced orange capsicum
1 sliced onion
Directions
Cook carrots until tender then cool. Bring to a boil sugar, oil, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, mustard, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Add small can of undiluted tomato soup to the sauce. To carrots add capsicum and onion. Pour mixture over carrots and let stand overnight. Keep covered in refrigerator.
