Ingredients
MARINADE:--
¼ cup raw bush honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp minced fresh ginger root
1 tbsp Tuimato sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
PORK:--
2 x 340 g pork tenderloins
Directions
Make Marinade: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ginger, Tuimato sauce, garlic, parsley, onion powder, SIDS CRAZY SALT, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a medium bowl then pour into a resealable plastic bag.
Place pork tenderloins into the bag, coat with marinade, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours, shaking occasionally.
Preheat the grill for MEDIUM heat and lightly oil the grate.
Remove pork tenderloins from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
Cook pork tenderloins on the grill until no longer pink in the centre, 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centres should read at least 63°C.
