Ingredients

1 cup plain yoghurt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
6 cloves garlic, minced
10 cm ginger, minced
2 tbsp coriander, fine chopped
1 tbsp ground coriander seed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground turmeric
4 (170 g) skinless, boneless salmon fillets

Directions

Combine the yoghurt, cayenne pepper, garlic, ginger, coriander, ground coriander, cumin, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and turmeric in a resealable plastic bag. Close bag and mix everything together until evenly combined. Add the salmon and toss until well coated with the marinade then marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven grill. Lightly grease a baking pan.
Remove salmon from marinade and shake off excess and discard remaining marinade. Place onto prepared baking pan and grill in oven until salmon flakes easily with a fork, 5-7 minutes per side.
