Ingredients

2 marrows, halved & seeded
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Preheat oven to 175oC.
Place the squash cut side down into a baking dish. Pour water into the dish to about 6 mm deep. Bake until the squash pierces easily with a fork, about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend the butter with the lime juice and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Spoon the butter mixture into the cooked squash and serve immediately.
