Ingredients
3 flour tortillas (20 cm wide)
6 slices bacon cooked, chopped
⅜ cup tomatoes, chopped
¾ cup lettuce, chopped
200 g cream cheese, softened
4½ tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1½ tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and add additional Parmesan or dressing if desired.
Chop the bacon, lettuce and tomatoes into a small dice. Add all three to the cheese mixture and mix to combine.
Spread the cheese mixture across two tortillas in a thin layer.
Roll the tortillas tightly into a log. Place the rolled tortillas in the freezer for 10 minutes to set (or refrigerate if making in advance).
When ready to serve, remove the tortilla logs from the freezer. Cut off the ends that are hollow and cut the log into 1 cm wide rounds. Serve immediately.
