Ingredients

For the Sauce:--
½ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
2 tbsp French dressing
1 tbsp Chow Chow
3 tsp pickled gherkin juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp Tuimato sauce
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
For the Burgers:--
1 kg lean ground beef, in 12 thin large patties
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
12 sesame seed hamburger buns or BAPs, 6 tops and 12 bottoms
butter
shredded lettuce
dill pickles
minced onion
cheese slices

Directions

Sauce: combine French dressing and all of the ingredients and cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
In one frypan, SIDS SALT & PEPPER the patties, fry the burgers until done. Top with cheese slices, heating until melted.
In another frypan, butter the insides of the buns and lightly toast over medium-high heat. Set aside.
Put sauce on the buttered side of each bun, on the bottom one and the middle one put onions, pickles and lettuce. Top with a burger. Stack them together.
Serve hot with a side of fries.
