Ingredients
4 tbsp softened butter
4 cheese muffins
4 slices bacon
4 eggs
½ cup water
4 slices cheese
light sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Split open muffins and place them into a toaster until just golden.
In a non-stick frypan over medium heat, cook the bacon on both sides for about 1-2 minutes in 2 tsp of butter. The bacon should just begin to brown.
While the bacon is cooking, remove the muffins from the toaster and spread softened butter on both halves.
Place the 1 slice of bacon on each muffin bottom.
Add about 1 tablespoon of butter to the same pan you cooked the bacon.
Wipe butter on the inside of an egg ring then place into into the pan. Crack an egg into each of the rings.
Break the yolk with a folk. Pour about ½ cup of water into the pan, and place a lid on top. Cook until the eggs are set, it should take about two minutes.
Gently remove the eggs from the rings, and place one egg on each piece of bacon.
Top each egg with one slice of cheese, a pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT then top cheese with the top of the muffin.
Wrap each egg McMuffin with foil or parchment paper. Wait about 30 seconds before serving.
