Ingredients
500 g beef mince
¾ cup crushed croutons
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten lightly
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
1 tbsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
1 tsp rice bran oil
1 tbsp butter
Directions
In a large bowl and with clean hands, mix well SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE, SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD and the remaining ingredients together by hand then form into golfball-sized balls.
In a pan over medium heat, add butter and rice bran oil. Cook the meatballs, turning constantly, for 20 minutes or so. Spear each with a toothpick.
Drain on paper towels and serve on a warm platter with SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE for dipping.
