Ingredients
MEATBALLS:--
1 kg minced beef
500 g minced pork
1 tsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
2 eggs
¼ cup chopped parsley
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
3 cups breadcrumbs
MUSHROOM SAUCE:--
2 cups beef stock
½ cup flour
½ cup sherry
2 tsp paprika
2x 440 g tin Mushrooms in Butter Sauce
2 cups sour cream
Directions
Place the beef stock and all the sauce ingredients, except the sour cream, in the crockpot and stir to combine.
Mix SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and all the ingredients for the meatballs together and shape into walnut-sized balls. Fry in a pan to golden brown then add to the crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 2-4 hours. Fifteen minutes before serving, switch to HIGH and stir in the sour cream.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
