Ingredients

2 kg chicken mince
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tsp fish sauce
½ tsp white sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp sesame oil
breadcrumbs
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 pkt egg noodles

Directions

In a large bowl and with clean hands, mix all the ingredients, including SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, except noodles, together thoroughly by squeezing them through your fingers.
Cook noodles as per packet. Drain and spray with cold water for several seconds then drain. Toss with a little sesame oil and cover to keep warm.
Form into golf-ball sized meatballs and fry in a wok, several at a time. Drain on paper towels.
Divide noodles among 6 plates and place meatballs on top. Drizzle with a little sesame oil, season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and serve.
