Ingredients
700 g mince
1¼ cups breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 pkt dry Ranch-style dressing mix
3 tbsp onion, grated
BBQ SAUCE:--
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
¾ cup cola
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup Tuimato sauce
½ cup orange capsicum
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Directions
Preheat oven to 190oC.
In a large bowl, mix together mince, breadcrumbs, egg, onion and Ranch dressing until well blended. Shape into 25 mm balls in an oven dish and bake for 30 minutes, turning over after 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, in a slow cooker.
Add meatballs to the slow cooker on low for 3 hours. Remove the lid and cook further 15 minutes then serve.
