Ingredients

cooking spray
1 kg ground beef
2 eggs
⅔ cup dry breadcrumbs
½ cup pale ale
½ cup chopped onion
3 tbsp Tuimato Sauce
1 tbsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
⅓ cup Tuimato Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 175oC. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, pale ale, onion, 3 tbsp Tuimato Sauce, SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD, basil, garlic powder and SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a large bowl then mix well. Transfer mixture to prepared baking sheet and push into 20x 10 cm loaf tin. Spread ⅓ cup Tuimato Sauce on top of the loaf.
Bake in the oven until no longer pink in the centre, 60-65 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre should read at least 70oC. Turn out onto a rack to cool 10 minutes before slicing.
