Ingredients
400 g beef or pork schnitzel
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Udon noodles for 4
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 spring onions, fine chopped
¼ green cabbage, fine sliced (2-3 cups)
1 cup bean sprouts
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp rice bran oil
Directions
Combine the oyster sauce and SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE, garlic and SIDS CRAZY SALT in a bowl and mix well. Add schnitzel and stir to coat the meat evenly. Set aside for 5 minutes while you cook the noodles. Cook noodles as per instructions on the packet.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a wok or large frypan and add ¼ of the marinated meat, tossing quickly until the meat is sealed. Remove from the pan and set aside. Continue cooking meat in small batches, adding more oil where necessary. When all the meat is sealed, return it to the pan. Scrape any remaining marinade into the pan, add eggs and toss to combine well. Add spring onion and cabbage then stir-fry so that the cabbage becomes coated in the marinade and begins to soften.
Drain the noodles thoroughly and add to the pan, folding them through the other ingredients. Continue cooking until the mixture begins to look almost dry then add the sprouts. Serve in bowls.
