Ingredients
4 ears corn, shucked & cleaned
4 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
chilli powder
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 bunch coriander, leaves on
Directions
Boil the corn, until the kernels are tender and a deep golden yellow, 7-10 minutes.
Top with SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, chilli powder, cheese and a sprinkle of lime juice. Garnish with torn coriander and serve.
