Ingredients
1 onion, peeled & chopped
500 g any mince (cheapest & not Angus)
400 g tomatoes, crushed & sieved
1-2 tsp Marmite or Vegemite
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE or
1 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
420 g baked beans
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley or basil
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
5 eggs, poached
5 slices Mölenberg toast bread
Directions
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and cook onion until translucent. Add mince and brown over a high heat, breaking up the mince where necessary with a fork.
Stir in tomatoes, Marmite and SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add baked beans and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes until mince is cooked and the beans are hot.
Poach eggs then toast bread while eggs are draining thoroughly.
Serve mince on a bed of toast, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, plonk a poached egg on top and garnish.
