Ingredients
500 g mince
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 minute noodles
hot water
½ cup beef stock
shredded cabbage
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
Put oil in a large frypan and brown the mince. Add beef stock, curry and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE then stir well. Add enough hot water to make a sauce. Add broken up noodles and stir them in. Cook 10 minutes then add cabbage and cook until slightly soft.
Serve on hot buttered toast with a poached egg on top.
