Ingredients
100 g breadcrumbs
40 g parmesan cheese, fine grated
3 eggs, beaten
¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
1.5 litres chicken stock
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Mix breadcrumbs,parmesan, eggs, nutmeg and SIDS CRAZY SALT together into a thick paste.
Boil the chicken stock. Put the paste into a potato ricer, colander or mouli with the largest holes, then push through so that the resulting small pieces of paste fall directly into the boiling stock. Simmer 2-3 minutes until the pieces of paste are cooked, then serve.
