Ingredients
½ cup spiral pasta
2 potatoes, diced
1 large carrot, diced
1 large onion, diced
½ jar pasta sauce
½ tin mixed beans
1 large tomato
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 sticks celery
⅓ cup peas
¼ orange capsicum, deseeded
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 OXO vegetable stock cubes
2 cups red wine
Directions
Heat oil in a large pan and pour in all the vegetables with SIDS CRAZY SALT. Mix well to coat with oil. Crumble OXO cubes into the wine, whisk to smooth then pour into the vegetables.
Bring to the boil then simmer 20 minutes until cooked. Add water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
Serve with fresh, chunky bread. (I like fresh pumpernickel)
