Ingredients
400g firm tofu, cut into cubes
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp miso paste
900 ml vegetable stock
spring greens a few leaves, shredded
4 spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 red chilli, sliced
Directions
Toss the tofu in the teriyaki sauce then leave for 15 minutes. Dissolve the miso and SIDS CRAZY SALT in the vegetable stock and bring to a simmer. Add the greens, half the spring onions and the soy then simmer for 2 minutes.
Grill the tofu for a few minutes, turning until glazed. Divide between bowls. Pour over the broth then scatter over the remaining spring onions and chillies.
