Ingredients
4 boneless white fish fillets
2 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp orange juice
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tsp honey
½ tsp soy sauce
180 g dried soba noodles
2 bunches asparagus, halved crossways
150 g snow peas, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Preheat grill on medium-high. Place fish in a shallow baking dish. Combine the miso paste, orange juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Drizzle 1 tsp of the miso mixture over each fish fillet. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste then cook under grill for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Meanwhile, cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 4 minutes, adding the asparagus and snow peas in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain well.
Divide the noodles, vegetables and fish among serving plates. Spoon over remaining miso sauce. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and spring onion.
